“The Dwelling Place of God” Bishop Barron Sunday Sermon

 Bishop Barron explains the readings and what Jesus means when he says “In my father’s house are many dwelling places….” In ancient times the temple was where the priests offered sacrifices to honor the presence of God. Today we are called to be the body of Christ (I.e. Jesus’ hands and feet here on earth). When Jesus returns, his promise is to take his followers to where he is: Heaven; our ultimate goal.
