Trans-pacific Partnership: A bad deal from sea to sea #TPP #FlushTheTPP #FairTrade

I've posted about this trade pact before, including a self-written poem (@ https://soundcloud.com/joseph-albrecht/tpp-poetry-slam) but just to reinforce the implications this pact would have; I'm directing you to a piece by from Global Trade Watch; (http://www.globaltradewatch.org/Page.aspx?pid=3129). 

 The lack of transparency to the public and even congress members is a sure sign that this deal does not have our best interests at hand.  Meanwhile 500 "Corporate Advisors" have extensive access to the text of this deal and have bean at least as extensive in lobbying for it's passage". 

Contact your representative (contactingthecongress.org) to let them know where you stand on this and why.  Cite the info from Global Trade Watch to at least provide them with some information.  Blog, speak, petition, demonstrate, boycott... anything you can to raise needed awareness on the TPP to both Congress and the public.  All the best and may we provide a shining example of how a motivated citizenry united against corporate interests....and won.
