Take With Grain Of Salt

With the latest missiles landing in Poland and the initial blame pointed at Russia; I find myself pausing and questioning more before devouring the headlines. I'm not saying Russia's the good guys, Ukraine's the bad or vice versa. But know that the first casualty of any war is truth. Detox physically, mentally, emotionally and turn down the sound bites as much as able.
