Many exorcists stress the importance of Gregorian chants and their power to drive out demons/demonic influence from homes and also helping to liberate people. Even at a low level as background music to prayer or work they can be helpful. Pray faithfully, try to avoid sin as much as possible and try to get to confession regularly as able to get and stay in a state of grace. Evil is real but it is also limited. We do have a choice for good.
