Fate Unknown Poem

Fate Unknown
Sometimes I’m blinded in my life.
My conscious sliced through with a knife.
Now as I try to avoid strife;
It’s come to me that fury’s rife.
What lie ahead remains unknown.
The brightest light has never shown.
Just the thought chills me to the bone.
I’m stuck in a plane that has not flown.
My eyes do search, but of no use.
They push my body to abuse.
Confusion’s always running loose.
Still, I long for common truce.
Underneath the endless skies
I know somewhere real peace lies.
It doesn’t come as much surprise.
I’ll find it if I keep up my tries.
