Less and More Poem

I don't need a shiny new Mercedes Benz.
All I need are my trustworthy friends.
Turning from the glamour of things,
I find the joy which nature brings.
Simple living, without debt.
A life that I will not regret.
All of it is worth to me.
Living done easily.
But many complicate their lives,
Filled to the brim with intricate designs.
The more they have, the more they want.
Money, power, materials, with fame and glory.
All of these excesses add up to the same sad story.
A tale of humanity crossing the line of  real sustainability.
In the bitter end, we realize the nature of our human frailty.
