No More Running Poem

 No More running

And don't you try and hide

Looking at the mirror; seeing someone else inside

You are the culprit for just where you stand

Go face the music; dance to the old band

Each day sings out adventure

A start of something new

Maybe a cool venture, things I never knew

Go climb that mountain. Treasure every step.

Go start your workout. Better with each rep.

You are the driver; so watch out where you go

Some days are faster, others seem too slow

No, no more running. Stay right where you are.

And shine, shine so brightly like the morning star.
