You Poem

You
I don’t want to be alone,
Left out here all on my own.
Feelings inside numb themselves,
When I’m not with someone else.
Although I feel too far from you,
I simply wish this wasn’t true.
Fear prevents my would-be acts.
I succumb to frequent attacks.
In my heart, I’m capable,
But my doubt makes me disable.
You’re the light from far away.
I search to grasp it every day.
You shine so bright within the mist.
Your ways of sight, I can’t resist.
Raise my feelings from the blue;
By making just one wish come true.
