The Adirondacks Poem
When I was inspired by the beauty of upstate New York
The Adirondacks
In
upstate New York there’s a mountain chain.
White
pines hold dominion for miles of terrain.
We saw
it for ourselves, when my family went there.
All
around us we could smell the fresh mountain air.
The blue
skies complemented massive greenery.
Both
came together in perfect scenery.
In these
mighty mountains did nature truly abound.
It was
very pure and there was no trash on the ground.
This
awesome display of beauty is impossible to buy.
Yet
it provides tremendous wealth for the
human eye.
